Ajit Singh

After completion of MBA Mr. Ajit worked with some multinational company in different part of the country. In this course he got opportunity to work with Brand Development and Training of fresh and experienced executives of his company. During this period he developed fascination for Training and Development and decided to work exclusively in this field. After exploring different aspects of training, he shared his experience of management and training through different articles which was published in magazines of national repute. Later on he worked as Freelance Training Consultant and got certified himself in Behavioral Training Design from Oscar Murphy International, Singapore. He worked closely with hundreds of corporate executives and thousands of school students and their parents. For corporate he have conducted sessions on soft skills and other Management Development Program whereas at student level he shares rich experience in Learning Style and Stress Management workshops. As a young educationist he has been conferred with Nation Builder Award by Rotary International in recognition of his contribution in education. Apart from training and development, he has been a key speaker in National Conferences on education and training. With more than 15 years of experience in learning and development across wide domain, Mr. Ajit Kumar Singh at present working as CEO and Principal Trainer, V-ad Learning Services.


Sasmita Mohapatra

Sasmita is a Soft Skill Trainer & ACE qualified Assessor. Her experience and association with people from various domains helps her to effectively manage people and their behavior. She has conducted training programs on Motivational Skills, Leadership, Communication skills and has been consistent in nurturing goals towards positive results. She has overall 5 years of experience in the training domain. Her core competency includes programs on soft skills, behavioral skill, Etiquette, Stress Management & Train-the-Trainer workshops. She has managed the entire training functions for the corporate sector including Content development, Mentoring trainers and creating leaders. She has trained over 3000 students across under DDU-GKY project on corporate behavior, interviewing skills, work-life balance, Inter-personal skills, effective communication skills and change management.

Pawan Kumar
With an experience of more than a decade, Pawan has strong foothold in grooming and motivating youths from different society and culture. He has worked across diverse industries and varied set of audience and added value to all his participants to bring expected outcome. His core competency includes soft skill training, grooming workshop and sales training. He has been a born mentor and catalyst to bring desired changes in participants.
